In this section, you should specify that the Lessee will use the parking space only to park motor vehicles and not for any other purposes.
Step 4 – Where is the parking space located?
This is self-explanatory. You should include the address, or other means of identification, of the parking space.
Step 5 – What are the Lessee’s obligations?
The Lessee’s obligations should be specified in this section. These can include complying with local laws, not obstructing other parking spaces, and not damaging the parking facilities.
Step 6 – What are the Lessor’s obligations?
The Lessor’s obligations should be specified in this section. These can include providing access to the parking space and not making any alterations without the Lessee’s consent.
Step 7 – How much does the Lessee have to pay?
You should specify the amount of rent the Lessee will have to pay and how often they will have to make payments. You can also include a late fee if the rent is not paid on time.
Step 8 – Signatures
Both parties should sign and date the parking space lease agreement. It is recommended that you have witnesses present when the agreement is signed.
Termination of a Parking Space Rental Agreement
